About Us

Our business is proudly owned by a passionate and driven mother who understands the challenges young people face in today’s society. With a personal commitment to empowering and supporting young individuals, our founder created this business to provide a safe and nurturing environment for those at risk of homelessness. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space that feels like home, where our residents can develop the skills they need to live independently and achieve their full potential.

Our Story

Our story began with a desire to create a safe and supportive environment for young adults at risk of homelessness or who have experienced care. After seeing the lack of available resources in the community, we decided to take action and create a space where individuals could develop their skills and live independently.

Through hard work and dedication, we were able to secure properties in the Kent and Medway area and create a supportive environment where residents can feel at home. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our residents as they work towards achieving their goals and living their best lives.

As we continue to grow and expand our services, our commitment to our residents remains at the forefront of everything we do. We strive to create a welcoming community that empowers individuals to thrive and reach their full potential. Join us on this journey and let us help you achieve your goals and build a better future.

Visionary Leader: Blending Empathy with Innovation

At the helm of our organisation is a dynamic business owner, who embodies the essence of a caring mother, an empathic leader, and a self-motivated professional. Her journey is as unique as the care we provide.

With a profound background as a User Experience Researcher, she excels in crafting solutions to complex technical and business challenges. Her expertise is deploying research methodologies and root cause analysis to enhance team performance, meet intricate project deadlines, and foster organisational growth. This approach ensures customer satisfaction and the creation of tailored high-quality solutions.

Her academic journey is both impressive and relevant. A recent PhD in Law from SOAS, University of London.

Her earlier educational pursuits include an LLM in International Law and World Economy from the University of East London and a BA in Human Geography from Queen Mary, University of London.

These academic achievements have honed her understanding of diverse global perspectives and legal frameworks, enriching our organization’s approach to care and support.

But what sets her apart is her hands-on experience as a caregiver in supported accommodations. This direct involvement with young people has deepened her empathy and enhanced her ability to innovate and strategise for their benefit. She is an entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking new opportunities to improve our residents’ lives and our brand’s impact.

In our supported accommodation, every young person is met with an environment that is both understanding and geared towards their personal growth and well-being.
